The girl's destiny star(simply called "girl's destiny" on the Tamagotchi itself) is a rare item that could be obtained by exchanging a rank 4 CD on Music City at the CD exchange shop. Since Music City is now closed, there is currently no way to obtain the destiny stars. When used on a female adult Tamagotchi, she changes into Dazzlitchi.
